Hours, pickup, lead times, allergens, and how ordering works at our Sugar Land bakery.
Do you offer delivery, or is it pickup only?
We don't offer delivery. Pickup is at our Sugar Land location. Every order is picked up in store.
How do I check whole-cake availability?
Choose a pickup date to see current availability. Some whole cakes may be available the same day; availability is not guaranteed until the selected date is checked. Custom cakes need at least 3 days, plus a consultation and owner approval.
Do you make custom cakes, and what do they cost?
Yes — birthdays, weddings, Eid, Diwali, Lunar New Year, quinceañeras and more. Custom cakes start at $65, need a 3-day lead time, and require a quick consultation plus owner approval so we get the design, size, and price exactly right.
How do I pay?
We use Square for secure checkout. You can pay by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay through the payment link we send, or pay in store. Your online order is confirmed once the payment goes through; we hold your slot while you pay.
What about allergies?
Please tell us about any allergies before ordering. All of our cakes are made in a facility that also processes nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and soy, so we can't guarantee any cake is allergen-free. We'll always flag your note for the team.
What are your hours?
We're open 11 AM to 7 PM Central, Tuesday through Sunday, and closed on Mondays. Pickups are scheduled inside those hours — we can't take Monday pickups, so plan whole-cake orders for Tuesday through Sunday.
Where is Happy Cake located?
Happy Cake is at 350 Promenade Way, Suite 500, Sugar Land, TX 77478, in Sugar Land, TX, in the Houston metro near Sugar Land Town Square. We're a sit-down cake bakery and cafe — come in for coffee, or pick up a whole cake you ordered ahead.
