When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, and your order details (items, pickup date/time). Payments are processed securely by Square — we do not see or store your full card number.

Our website chat uses Anthropic’s Claude service to answer questions and help prepare orders. Chat messages are sent to Anthropic for processing. We keep conversation messages for up to 90 days, then delete them automatically. For continuity, the server sets an httpOnly cookie named hc_conv; it expires after 30 days and is not readable by browser scripts.

We keep a limited first-party attribution record for up to 30 days. It can include the landing path, an allowlisted referring host, safe UTM source/medium/campaign values, page type, and the type of action clicked. It does not include your name, phone, notes, payment URL, or a raw referrer query string. When an order is accepted, this non-PII record can be stored with the order so we can compare site conversions with backend order totals. Vercel Analytics measures site usage. Microsoft Clarity session replay stays off unless analytics consent is explicitly granted, and it remains disabled on order, custom, tracking, and admin pages.

Checkout may remember your name and phone on this device for up to 30 days so you do not have to re-enter them. If an order is queued while you are offline, its retry details expire after 24 hours. Expired records are removed before use.

By placing an order you agree to receive order-related text messages at the phone number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts may limit order updates we can send you.

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only as needed to run our bakery — for example, with Square (to process your payment) and our messaging provider (to deliver your texts). We may disclose information if required by law.

You can make a deletion request, ask us to update your information, or stop texting you at any time — just call or text us at +18325202040. Customer order and contact records do not automatically delete on a fixed schedule; we retain them for bakery operations and legal requirements, unless we approve a deletion request or must retain them to meet legal obligations.
